The use of Take Cover shelter covers are at the sole risk of the user. Take Cover LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, loss of property, or loss of life, arising from the use or misuse of the product.
This product is provided ‘as is’ without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Take Cover LLC does not warrant that the product will meet every user’s specific needs or withstand all environmental conditions.
This product is easily cleaned with soap and water. Use of any other cleaning products or tools used for cleaning or scouring surfaces may weaken or damage the product and its performance.
Users are responsible for following all instructions and safety guidelines provided with the product. The product is designed to be a cover, not a substitute for the shelter’s heavy metal moveable door. DO NOT place the cover over the shelter with the moveable door open, either temporarily or permanently. Improper installation or use may result in damage or severe injury.
In any case, Take Cover LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the shelter cover.
Take Cover LLC is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of the cover caused by acts of nature, weather events, or other causes beyond our control.
By purchasing and using this product, the user assumes all risk related to installation, usage, and exposure to environmental elements. Users are encouraged to inspect the shelter and cover regularly.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Take Cover LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the product.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in its courts.
